E-Globex Sdn Bhd is now providing EZ Money’s Non Face to Face (NF2F) remittance service, via online transfers, to the following countries: Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore, Australia, Thailand, Pakistan, Bangladesh, India, Vietnam and Nepal.

This service is only applicable for credit to account services only. Cash pick up service is not available.

To make a transfer:

Step 1: Contact one of officers-in-charge to submit your transaction details and get quotation (rate & service fee).

Step 2: Transfer funds to E-Globex Sdn Bhd bank account and forward transfer slip as proof of payment.

Step 3: Payment completed. Our officers will proceed to process your transaction.

Step 4: Transaction completed. You will receive a copy of the transaction receipt for your reference.


– Applicable for outward transactions only.
– Only existing senders/beneficiaries are allowed to use this service.
– New beneficiaries are subject to management approval.
– Supporting documents are needed for transactions RM3,000 and above; and for transactions to non-home country, regardless of amount.
– Maximum transaction limit is RM25,000 per day.
– Cash deposit payments are strictly not allowed. Third party payments (bank transfer payments from a bank account that does not belong to the sender) are strictly not allowed too.
– Remittance rates are subject to change each day. Rate quoted will only be applicable for same day payments.
– E-Receipts will be sent to the customer via Whatsapp or SMS.
– NF2F transactions do not require signatures on the receipt copy.
– Refund and cancellation requests are subject to review and may take 1 to 2 weeks process during this period.
